We offer FREE Local Delivery for orders over £50, and paid delivery for a wider area in the Borough.

If you are close to the local area and your postcode is not listed we may still be able to arrange a delivery to you. Please Contact Us for a quote.

Your balloons can be ready for collection within 2 hours of you placing your order. You can order for same day collection up until 3pm that day! Same day Local Delivery may also be possible if you order in the morning, and we have slots available.

You can book an order for up to 2 months in advance via our calendar booking slots at Checkout. If you wish to order even further in advance, please Contact Us and we will arrange it!

Yes, you can collect from our shop on a Saturday between 10am-5pm, and we can do Saturday deliveries too. Our shop isn't open on Sundays, but if you're looking for an 'out of hours' delivery, please Contact Us and we'll come back to you with a quote.

We'd recommend a week, as we place our own orders weekly (and can try to order special requests if we don't already stock what you're looking for). That said, if we have it in stock, you can order and collect within 2 hours!

We're working on it as we speak! Our end goal is to have ALL our extensive ranges available through our online shop. In the meantime, please Contact Us with any non-balloon requests and we will be happy to assist!

We're also working on our nationwide launch delivery plan as we speak! We can't wait to spread our balloon joy across the country and we aim to launch this service in the coming months. In the meantime, we will always try to accommodate special requests, so if you're looking for delivery further afield please Contact Us and we will try our best to arrange it.

It is rare to get a faulty balloon, but it can happen from time to time. If you believe there is a fault with your balloon, please take a photo straight away and send it to us within 4 hours of receiving your order through one of the contact methods on our Contact Us page. We will happily replace it for you asap. In case the exact balloon has gone out of stock, we will replace it with the next closest alternative.

The Fun Factory is open Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm, so as long as you collect by 5pm on your collection day, your balloons will still be ready waiting for you!

Please kindly note that if you arrive after 5pm for your collection, you would have to return the following working day. Your balloons will be kept safe over night, and Helium balloons stay fully inflated for 5-7 days so will still be in perfect condition the next day. The float time for Latex balloons is much shorter, staying fully inflated for less than 24 hours.

We cannot offer any refunds in the scenario of a missed collection day.
